This course allows you to learn how to recognise stress, and how to manage a stressful situation. You learn necessary skills and knowledge to prevent diving accidents and to properly deal with emergency situations.
In a few rescue scenarios you can put all your theoretical knowledge into practice, and you can train how to use special equipment for emergency situations.
You will be going through these subjects:

After the completion of this course, you will gain more self-confidence in your skills as a diver, you will realise that you can actually help other divers if needed, and you become a better dive buddy.
