The New All Indonesia Arrival Card – Your First Travel Hints
Travelling is fun and adventurous — that’s what we all love about it!
But there’s also the part that involves visas, entry rules, and a few formalities. To make sure this doesn’t turn into a stressful surprise, it’s always good to know what’s new and be a bit prepared before you fly.
Starting in October 2025, Indonesia has introduced a new All Indonesia Arrival Card. A unified digital form that combines the three processes – your immigration, customs, and health declarations into one process, reducing processing time at the airport.
Here’s what makes it important — and how you can handle it smoothly:
Who must fill it out?
- All international travelers entering Indonesia (tourists, returning citizens, etc)
- Even children and infants — each person needs their own card
When & how to complete it:
- The form must be submitted within 72 hours (3 days) before your arrival in Indonesia
- Use the official portal imigrasi.go.id or the All Indonesia mobile app
- After submission, you’ll receive a QR code by email. Have that QR code (or a screenshot) ready to present alongside your passport at immigration/customs.
Important details to remember:
- It’s free of charge — there’s no extra cost to submit this card
- The card does not replace your visa. You still need a valid visa or visa-on-arrival (or e-VOA) when applicable
- While the system is being rolled out in phases, from October 1, 2025, it will be required at all international airports and ports in Indonesia
- If you haven’t filled it before travel, you may fill it at the airport — but doing so may cause delays
At Wet Frog Divers, we always try to stay up to date with Indonesia’s latest entry and visa regulations — but we’re not the experts.
So, we kindly ask our guests to double-check the official requirements before making their travel arrangements. This helps avoid any stress, loss of time, or unexpected costs.
Make sure your passport is valid according to Indonesian entry rules, complete all necessary forms before your arrival, and confirm which type of visa you’ll need for your stay.
Then, it’s time for the fun part — pack your suitcase with bikinis (or board shorts!), your dive gear, and plenty of excitement for your next underwater adventures in Komodo.
We can’t wait to dive with you!
