To make sure this doesn\u2019t turn into a stressful surprise, it\u2019s always good to know what\u2019s new and be a bit prepared before you fly.<\/p>\n<p>Starting in October 2025, Indonesia has introduced a new <strong>All Indonesia Arrival Card<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong> A unified digital form that combines the three processes &#8211; your immigration, customs, and health declarations into one process, reducing processing time at the airport.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s what makes it important \u2014 and how you can handle it smoothly:<\/p>\n<h2>Who must fill it out?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>All international travelers entering Indonesia (tourists, returning citizens, etc)<\/li>\n<li>Even children and infants \u2014 <strong>each person needs their own card<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>When &amp; how to complete it:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The form must be submitted <strong>within 72 hours (3 days) before your arrival<\/strong> in Indonesia<\/li>\n<li>Use the official portal imigrasi.go.id or the <em>All Indonesia<\/em> mobile app<\/li>\n<li>After submission, you\u2019ll receive a QR code by email. Have that QR code (or a screenshot) ready to present alongside your passport at immigration\/customs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Important details to remember:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>It\u2019s <strong>free of charge<\/strong> \u2014 there&#8217;s no extra cost to submit this card<\/li>\n<li>The card does not replace your visa. You still need a valid visa or visa-on-arrival (or e-VOA) when applicable<\/li>\n<li>While the system is being rolled out in phases, from October 1, 2025, it will be required at all international airports and ports in Indonesia<\/li>\n<li>If you haven\u2019t filled it before travel, you may fill it at the airport \u2014 but doing so may cause delays<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At Wet Frog Divers, we always try to stay up to date with Indonesia\u2019s latest entry and visa regulations \u2014 but we\u2019re not the experts.<br \/>\nSo, we kindly ask our guests to double-check the official requirements before making their travel arrangements.
